This page explains what the Cutover Clearing Co. website collects and what we do with it. Plain language, no surprises.
The contact form
When you request a site walk we store the name, phone number, location, and notes you type in, along with the time you sent them. If you ran the estimator first, the acreage, growth type, access, and distance you picked are saved with your request so we can prepare for the call. We use this only to contact you about clearing your land. We do not sell it or share it with anyone outside the business.
The instant estimator
Each time the estimator shows a range, the inputs and the range are logged without any contact information. This tells us what kind of land people are asking about so we can plan the schedule. It is not tied to you unless you go on to send the contact form.
Technical details
The form and estimator send data to a small server we run ourselves. That server records the time of each submission and the network address it came from, which we use to block abuse. If your connection drops while you send the form, your request is kept in your own browser and sent the next time you open the site. The site does not use advertising trackers or third party analytics scripts.
Keeping and removing your information
We keep contact requests as long as they are useful for scheduling and follow up. If you want your information removed, call or text the number at the top of the home page and we will take care of it.
